“Take them out Winslow, but make sure not to raise any awareness.” I told Winslow. He nodded and disappeared into the jungle brush.
The first guard rounded the corner of the operations room just as the other passed the other end. There was no direct line of sight for them to see each other. This was the perfect time to strike. Winslow had realized this to. Only after a few steps of coming around the corner, the man’s head snapped back violently and his lifeless body crumpled into a heap. Thirty seconds passed by before the other guard came back to that side of the building. He instantly spotted the body and his hand shot towards his radio. But Winslow was too fast for him. Halfway to his radio, the man’s hand switched direction and went straight to his throat. He swayed for a couple seconds before dropping to his knees and then falling onto his face, dead.
“Move.” I said over my throat microphone. Everyone emerged from the jungle and rushed towards the operations room.
There was only one door and no windows. I didn’t like it. There was no idea of knowing how many were inside. But I had to get in there.
